Powered by a sealed-in long-life lithium battery, the alarm is designed to provide up to 10 years of operation without routine battery replacement. A high-quality Figaro electrochemical sensor provides accurate and dependable carbon monoxide detection, while an automatic sensor test continuously helps monitor correct operation.
Three LED indicators provide clear visual indication of power, alarm and fault conditions, while dedicated silence functionality allows both CO alarm and low-battery warning sounds to be temporarily silenced where appropriate.
The versatile design can be fixed to a surface or used free-standing, making it suitable not only for permanent home installation but also for taking to holiday accommodation.
