This kit is designed to seal the gap between the awning and the motorhome wall when the awning is not mounted flush, but rather suspended and spaced away from the wall. This setup is common in certain installations of F45s and F45L awnings.
The Rain Guard Lower is installed in the special guide channel built into the awning’s casing. This ensures a secure fit and helps prevent rainwater from leaking into the gap between the awning and the vehicle.
