Dometic’s latest generation induction hobs are designed with shore power limitations in mind so have a maximum current draw of 10A (2300W), meaning they still have a high power output but will not overload a typical site supply. As well as operating from a shore 230V AC supply, this hob is equally at home being run from a combination of lithium battery and inverter, allowing you maximum freedom and independence. We recommend a pure sine wave inverter with at least a 2500W continuous output and a lithium battery with a BMS rated to at least 200A. Smaller inverters can be used, but the full output of the hob may not be able to be exploited.
