Dometic CVI1350 1 Zone Induction Hob

This beautiful 2300W 1-zone induction hob from Dometic allows fast and convenient cooking in campervans, motorhomes, caravans, and boats. It has an easy-clean 350 x 350mm glass surface, integrated touch-sensitive controls, 9 heat levels for easy heat regulation, fast heat ‘boost’ function, and a host of safety features.Dometic’s latest generation induction hobs are designed with shore power limitations in mind so have a maximum current draw of 10A (2300W), meaning they still have a high power output but will not overload a typical site supply. As well as operating from a shore 230V AC supply, this hob is equally at home being run from a combination of lithium battery and inverter, allowing you maximum freedom and independence. We recommend a pure sine wave inverter with at least a 2500W continuous output and a lithium battery with a BMS rated to at least 200A.
