PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications and details of the products available on the website, however we cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies or errors. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. Please contact us if you have any questions about the item before ordering,
ORDERS
We accept orders via the following methods

You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed, Please let us know of any amendments to send these too.
DELIVERIES
Order before 12 noon for same-day dispatch, for deliveries to Mainland UK & Northern Ireland. Any urgent orders required after this time please call us and we will do our best to accommodate. (orders placed Monday - Friday Excluding Bank Holidays)
Orders over £250 will be delivered free of charge, below £250 will be charged at £10.00 for Mainland UK
Mainland UK – No Minimum order fee £10.00 carriage applied. Delivery is usually within 24 hours depending on location.
Orders to Southern Ireland & The Channel Islands – Minimum order £1,000 delivery included (no back orders permitted)
Orders to Northern Ireland – Orders with a value greater than £500 will be delivered free of charge. Orders below this value will have a delivery charge of £35.00 applied to the order. Delivery times are approx 2-5 days subject to customs clearance, receiver is liable for duty and tax charges
Please note all polyplastic windows and Skypod's are excluded from free delivery.
Windows may arrive with our carrier Arrow XL, These will be sent on 48 hour delivery and the carrier will notify you with a delivery time slot. The item will be sent with a carrier unpacking service and will need to be inspected on delivery. Any damage must be reported at this point and the delivery refused. If the unpack service is declined, no claim will be honoured afterwards for damage.
Customers are welcome to collect, Please let our team know and we can arrange to get your order ready for collection from our warehouse.
DROP SHIPPING
We can offer deliveries direct to your customers. For this service please inform us at the time of placing the order. There will be a £20 charge for this service. At the point of order, you will need to ensure you provide the delivery contact name, full address, mobile phone number and email address for the delivery point, You will need to place your order via email to our sales office clearly marking your order as a Drop Ship Order and will not be able to add this online. You will need to ensure the delivery address is able to accept all size deliveries as some products can be shipped on pallets when required. You will also be liable for any redelivery fees incurred if your customer is not home. MQL | Miriad & Quest Leisure are not liable for any late deliveries beyond our control. In the unlikely even of a collection needed for a return from your customer, the retailer is responsible for completing the Aftersales request form and arranging the uplift direct from the customer. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged with drop shipping service.
COLLECTIONS
Orders can be collected within 2 hours of placing the order, Collections are available from our Uttoxeter warehouse, between 10:30am and 6pm , Please let our team know if you would like to collect from us.
PRICES
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
VAT will be applied at the standard rate.

LOYALTY POINTS
Points are awarded for orders placed online and via the app only
Points are awarded for every £1.00 spent online and =1p
Points carry no monetary value and cannot be transferred to other accounts
Loyalty points reset on 31st December every year and cannot be carried over
