The Alde Engine Heat Exchanger enables efficient utilisation of waste heat from a motorhome’s engine cooling system by transferring it into the Alde central heating and hot water system. Once installed, the exchanger allows the engine’s excess heat to warm the living space while driving, with temperature controlled via the standard Alde control panel. When used with an optional circulation pump, the system can also operate in reverse to pre-heat the engine, reducing cold-start strain and improving fuel efficiency.
